Inserts "am" (or "pm") into the currently active window.

Syntax:

<ct:ampm>(Shift)

Shift
The time shift in minutes relative to the current time.  0 for no shift, -1 for time one minute back, +1 for time one minute later, etc.

Example:

Morning or afternoon ? <ct:ampm>(0)
...and one minute later ?  <ct:ampm>(1)
